Publication Fee

IJTEC publishes high-quality open access articles, providing free and immediate access to the scientific community and the public, with the freedom to reuse content with proper attribution.

To support the costs associated with delivering quality publishing services and maintaining free access for readers, IJTEC charges an article processing charge (APC) of US$1000. An itemized invoice will be sent via email along with the acceptance notification. There are no fees for submission or for rejected articles, figures, or supplementary data.

The APC covers the following services:

  • Editorial Process: This includes administration related to peer review, author revisions, and final decision-making. IJTEC’s in-house staff manages most of this process, allowing editorial board members to focus on key scientific decisions and their own research.
  • Article Production: Professional services including language editing, typesetting, formatting, and production in PDF, XML, HTML, and EPUB formats.
  • Article Hosting and Dissemination: Maintenance of the website, linking with indexing databases, and ensuring wide dissemination.
  • Journal Administration: Management of the journal’s website, editorial board, and promotional activities within the research community.
  • Administrative Work for Rejected Articles: Management and processing of rejected submissions. IJTEC’s acceptance rate is displayed and updated automatically on the journal’s homepage.
